Do I need a card to start the trial?
Yes. You add a card when you start, but you aren’t charged during the 7-day trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your card is charged for the plan you picked, monthly or yearly, and it renews until you cancel. If you cancel, checks and the queue pause, and your links and history stay in your account.
How do I cancel?
In Settings, choose Manage subscription and cancel there. During the trial you keep access until it ends and aren’t charged. After that, your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and it won’t renew.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal.
Who handles payment?
Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe, and we never see or store them.
