80% of your backlinks drop after a year of being built. Let’s fix that.

Every backlink gets checked once a week. If one drops, it’s flagged automatically and the outreach to recover it is written for you, ready to send from your Gmail.

Overview

See how it works in 50 seconds.

“We spend over $100,000 a year on backlinks. Keeping them live and helping us rank used to be slow, manual work.”

We work directly with sites across many industries. With Backlink Tracker we catch drops quickly and go back to whoever placed the link to get it restored. It’s also shown us which agencies deliver links that never get indexed or disappear fast, so we’ve stopped spending money with them.

What’s included

It keeps track of every link you paid for, so you don’t have to.

  • Checked every week, on its own

Every link gets checked each week without you lifting a finger. Need an answer sooner? Check all your links on demand, once a week.

  • Import them all at once

Upload a CSV with prices, purchase dates, SLA deadlines and contacts. Up to 500 links per account.

  • Every deal in one place

Price, purchase date, SLA deadline, agency and publisher contacts sit beside each link. Edit them any time and filter the table to what matters.

  • Catches nofollow swaps, not just removals

If a site quietly adds nofollow, the link shows as changed. Pages that only load with JavaScript get rendered before we decide.

  • Google indexing, tracked separately

A link can be live and still not indexed. We check both, so you can see which agencies place links Google ignores.

  • Contacts found for you

No contact for a site? We look through its pages and suggest up to three people to email. Included in every plan.

A dropped link keeps costing you until someone acts. Here’s who acts.

Is our link on publisher.example still up?

Hi publisher.example team,

A while back we paid for a placement of our link to acme.com on your page https://publisher.example/tools. When we checked it recently, it looks like the link has been removed or changed.

Would you be able to restore it? If that's not possible on that page, could we move the link into another piece of content on your site instead? That placement was an investment for us, so having it live again would really mean a lot.

Thanks so much, Alex from Acme

  1. Opens ready to send, in your Gmail

Connect Gmail in Settings and the message opens prefilled there, from your real address, not a shared one.

  2. You decide if it goes

Nothing sends until you do. Edit it, send it, or leave it. We never send on your behalf.

  3. Replies land in your own inbox

Not ours. We never read your Gmail or route a reply anywhere, it just works like Gmail always has.

How it works

One link’s whole journey. Your part is the small one.

Checking and flagging happen on their own. The part that’s yours is opening the message we already wrote and deciding whether to send it, in a queue that shows you nothing else.

Here’s what that looks like for one link:
live
Checked weekly
removed
Drop detected
prepared
Ready in your Gmail
restored
Back up, or your call

A few you’re probably about to ask.

How does it know the SLA deadline?
You set it per link when you add it, or in the CSV import. That date is what the recovery email references, and the clock the weekly check runs against.
Does this need DNS changes, or access to my inbox?
No. Connect your Gmail with one click in Settings just to confirm it’s you. We never read your inbox or send from it ourselves. No DNS records, no IT ticket.
What does it cost, and when can I use it?
Every account starts with a 7-day free trial. Add a card to start, and cancel before it ends to pay nothing. After that it’s $12.99 a month or $129.99 a year. See the pricing page for what’s included. Backlink Tracker is open. Create an account and start tracking backlinks today.
